Refund and booking modification policy

This Refund and Booking Modification Policy defines the terms for cancellations, modifications, and refunds for reservations at “Amberd Hotel”. By making a reservation, the guest confirms that they have read and agree to the terms set out below.
1. Booking confirmation
A reservation is considered confirmed once the guest completes the booking process and receives a booking confirmation.
2. Refund conditions
2.1. Payments made at “Amberd Hotel” are non-refundable.
2.2. Refunds may be issued only in cases of force majeure.
2.3. Force majeure includes natural disasters, war, government restrictions, emergency situations, or other events beyond the control of either party.
2.4. In case of force majeure, the hotel reserves the right to request supporting documentation.
3. Booking date modification
3.1. If the guest is unable to use their reservation, no refund is provided; however, the hotel may offer the option to change the booking dates.
3.2. Date changes are subject to hotel approval and availability.
3.3. A booking may be rescheduled upon mutual agreement between both parties.
3.4. If the new dates have different rates, the hotel may apply the corresponding price difference.
4. No-show
If the guest fails to arrive on the reserved date without prior notice, the reservation is considered used, and no refund will be issued.
